Editorial Policy

This editorial policy explains how I research and write everything on this site, how I handle evidence, and exactly where AI tools are and aren’t used. The short version: primary sources, no invented results, and client data never goes into AI tools.

Who writes this site

Every page on suroliamarketing.com is written, checked and approved by me, Bhagyashree Surolia. I have worked in SEO for eight years and now work only in healthcare. There are no ghostwriters, and no page goes live that I have not read in full.

How I research

  • Primary sources first. Regulatory statements link to the regulator itself: the ASA and CAP, GMC, CQC, AHPRA, provincial colleges in Canada, HHS, the FTC and Health Canada. Search statements link to Google’s own documentation or Schema.org.
  • Every source listed. Articles end with the sources I used, so you can check them.
  • Checked on the date shown. Rules change. Each article shows the date I last checked it against its sources.

How I handle evidence and results

  • I never invent clients, results, reviews, testimonials or case studies.
  • Numbers come from a named source: a public document, my own published research (with its method explained), or a client’s own GA4, Search Console or CRM data.
  • Client figures are real and anonymised. Client names are not published. The underlying reports are shown on a call with identifying details removed, and a client is named only with their written permission.

How I use AI tools

I use AI tools the way I use any other software: to help research, organise notes and draft structure. They never replace judgement, and they never see confidential information.

  • Client and patient data never goes into AI tools. Not audits, not dashboards, not names.
  • Every fact in an AI-assisted draft is checked against the original source before publication.
  • The final wording, the opinions and the recommendations are mine.

Medical content

I write about healthcare marketing and search, not clinical care. Nothing on this site is medical advice. When I explain regulations, it is how I apply them to SEO work, not legal advice.

Corrections

If you find an error, email bhagyashree@suroliamarketing.com. I correct factual errors promptly and update the date on the page.

Independence

I am not paid to mention any tool, platform or vendor on this site. If that ever changes, the page will say so.
