This website is run by Bhagyashree Surolia, trading as Surolia Marketing. For anything about your information, email bhagyashree@suroliamarketing.com.

When you use the contact form: your name, work email, website, organisation, country, number of locations, your main goal, anything you choose to write in the message box and how you found me. When you browse: standard analytics data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics via Google Site Kit.

I don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t send, patient information or health records. The form is for business enquiries only.

To reply to your enquiry, review your website before we speak, and keep a record of our conversation. Analytics help me understand which pages are useful. I never sell your information, add you to a mailing list without asking, or use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

Information you send me is never pasted into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other AI tool.

Only the services needed to run this site: my web host, my email provider, and Google for analytics. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. Nothing is shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Client engagement records are kept for as long as the contract and the law require.

This site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and for the site to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Wherever you are, you can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act, PIPEDA in Canada and US state privacy laws give you further rights. Email me and I’ll respond within 30 days.

Access to enquiries is limited to me. Accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
